FIRST: You must have a valid state, federal, or military ID. College ID is acceptable if it has date of birth. Passports or also fine. Credit cards are not ID. Neither are bus passes, library cards, or your "McLovin" ID.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!!!
SECOND: If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you will have to have a custodial parent or legal guardian present at the time of the procedure. We may ask for proof or refuse service if we suspect any BS. You will also need a signed and notarized consent form. Call us with your eMail address and we will send it to you. Again no exceptions so please don't ask.
THIRD: It is highly recommended that you eat prior to a tattoo, or any other intrusive procedure. Blood sugar levels can sometimes drop during a tattoo and if they were low already you're not going to feel very good.
And of course it would be useful, but not necessary, for you to have some idea what you want. A rough sketch, a photo, our just a well thought out concept that you can convey. Paul is an artist who will make sure you get the best piece possible, but he can't read your mind.
